Shipping Rates

Almigo CuddleBuddy™: Free standard shipping within New Zealand.

Almigo DreamBuddy™: $10 standard shipping within New Zealand.

Australia: $33 NZD standard shipping.

United States: $33 NZD standard shipping.

Fiji: $25 NZD standard shipping.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days.

Australia: 5–10 business days

United States: 7–14 business days.

Fiji: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, rural delivery locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. You will receive order and shipping information using the contact details provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@almigo.co.nz with your order number and details of the issue so we can assist you.
